Explore the Ronde Lutherse Kerk

The 'Ronde Lutherse Kerk' or Round Lutheran Church located on the Singel, was built as a supplemental church to house the influx of Lutheran protestants that were flooding into the country at the time, leaving the alreadt standing Lutheran Church in Koningsplein unable to accomodate any more attendees. The planning of a second church began in 1656, under the supervision of Adrian Dortsman and construction began in 1668.
